A kinder life, without opting out of the future.
Humaneity is a living experiment in humane, sustainable communities— starting with Humaneity Village in the hills above Tehri Dam. Think clear air, shared gardens, and neighbours who actually know your name.
Life designed around people, not just property.
Humaneity is not another gated project. It’s a pattern for living—where homes, work, food, learning and play are woven together instead of scattered across a city.
A prototype village above Tehri Lake.
The first Humaneity Village is being co-created on land overlooking Tehri Dam in Uttarakhand—300 sq. yd. plots plugged into a regenerative masterplan, not scattered farmhouses.
Each co-owner in Humaneity Village becomes part of a shared ecosystem:
- 300 sq. yd. private plot within a thoughtfully designed layout.
- Shared commons: food forests, amphitheatre, co-working cottage, trails and kids’ exploration zones.
- Renewable systems planned from Day 1—solar, rainwater harvesting, biogas, air-to-water and grey-water reuse.
- Architecture that uses earth, stone, wood and lime—warm in winter, cool in summer, light on the planet.
- Flexibility to host retreats or homestays so your home can help pay for itself.
Stand on the balcony, watch the lake breathe.
Imagine a ring of homes stepping down a gentle slope, roofs carrying solar panels and gardens, paths stitched with native trees and wildflowers. Children run from house to house; elders gather in the amphitheatre as the sky turns copper.
Humaneity Village is our first attempt at this vision—a place where modern work and ancient ways of living can coexist.
You don’t have to move tomorrow to belong today.
Humaneity is a circle before it is a village. You can join as a future resident, collaborator or long-distance supporter while the first village is being shaped.
